	Dana Point harbor coaster is 3.75"x 3.75" in size. Beautiful artwork by Jim Krogle with a overlook of the whole Dana Point harbor with sailboats and a windsurfer in the water. A perfect gift or for your home and office. Construction of the breakwaters began in 1966. The base rock was barged in from Catalina, while the large boulders, up to 20 tons each, were trucked in from San Diego County quarries. The first boat slips opened in the East Basin in 1971, the West Basin was completed in 1976, giving the harbor a total resident yacht capacity of nearly 2,500. The harbor is also the home of the Pilgrim, a re-creation of a two-masted, square-rigged Boston brig. The Pilgrim is 137 feet long from bowsprit to spanker boom, and serves as a floating classroom in conjunction with the Marine Institute.
